Custom imprinted product ordering

Select your custom product - click on the order button and follow the ordering process. There is a box for entering simple imprint text (such as for pens, etc.) If your imprint is more involved, with layout, graphics, photos, etc., enter "emailing graphic" in the checkout box & finish checkout.  Please e-mail the appropriate image files to us at the address listed below.  Please feel free to call us for assistance - most people do.    (800) 527-8986

Layout - a rough sketch or layout can be faxed or emailed. This is helpful in expediting the layout of your imprint.

Proofing - Once we receive your information we generally begin processing your order the same day. You will receive either a layout proof from us (within 24-48 hours normally) and/or then you may receive one more proof, from our printer, before it is printed.  Digital printed proofs are available at an additional charge (may be required on large orders).

Artwork requirement - differs depending on the item.   A variety of file formats are acceptable:  eps, ai, pdf, & tif with 300 dpi at actual size or larger are preferred.  High resolution jpegs may be ok (not 72 dpi screen resolution but 300 dpi).  We try to work with what you have!  We also have a service that can "convert" poor images into clean artwork.  We will gladly preview your graphic files and advise as to suitability.  We will also work with your graphics person & provide templates or specifications. We accept photos or camera-ready images for scanning.  Artwork should be e-mailed to the address at bottom of page..

Set-up charge varies from item to item, depending on the imprint process.  Set-up charge includes most layouts.  This does not include design work or elaborate layouts with schedules, multiple individuals, etc.  Repeat orders with no changes do not incur set-up charges (must be within 2 years) for silk-screened & hot-stamped items.  Minor changes on on all other items may incur new set-up charges.

One-color imprint - If you want to have additional color(s) to your product you can specify the color(s) on your order blank. Your order will be calculated accordingly and you'll receive an order confirmation from us, along with a new total.

Full-color imprint - You'll need to indicate the color(s) you would like your text, logo, etc. to be printed. If you have a photo it will be printed in full color. You'll need to send us a camera-ready photo or artwork (which is returned to you).

Any additional charge(s) If you want an item that has additional options such as additional colors, certain handling of the item - like inserting into envelope, etc. can be added to your order once you have placed it. Pricing will be listed near the item you are ordering. You may write a note to us on the order blank page indicating the additional information. If you are unsure about certain costs you can always contact us or request a quote before your order is processed.

Production time varies with each item. Some items are available with a rush-production available.  Most items generally require 10-12 working days from the time of the final proof approval. Changes to proofs will further delay production. If you have a must-have-delivered-by date to meet, be sure to check ahead so we can give you our best time estimate. While every effort is made to expedite your order there is no guarantee on production. Your shipping method may be upgraded to help insure certain deadlines.

Calendar orders - received during the months of October and November (the cutoff month) may require 25 production days.

Cancellations - are accepted only if merchandise has not been made or imprinted. Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% service charge plus all costs incurred prior to cancellation. 100% if product has been produced. All cancellations must be made in writing, signed and dated.
